My wife suffered through two decades of obesity before finally having gastric bypass surgery. It was the result of being on dozens of diets and still gaining weight. She tried the Zone, the Adkins, the Hollywood, the grapefruit, the High-Protein, the Mostly Veggies, the Mostly Rice, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Lean Line foods, measuring portions, Slim-Fast, and others I just can t remember.
